Nick Auger
I guess I have been a bit vain lately, my last influence of the moment was Patrick Bateman, this week it is Nick Auger a male fitness model. I have never heard Nick Auger speak, so the only reason he is my influence of the moment is because of his sculpted body. This guy is about the same height as me, and has the my ideal body. He is at 210 pounds, 6′ 3″, and I’m guessing about 8% body fat. I started working out about two months ago at 160 pounds, now I’m at 175. With a lot of time and some work I’ll eventually get a body like this. This is whom I look for motivation when I am feeling down and really need to go workout. In 1-2 years I can get to something like this, with persisant work and the right diet. The hardest part will be controlling my diet so as to only have minimal bodyfat.
Bodybuilding has been a huge interest of mine in the past few months. I have been reading up on the subject of bodybuilding, nutrition, diet, and other fitness activities for some time. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about the subject. I have created a 4day split workout routine geared for hypertrophy gains, and have been consistently sticking with it for a couple months now. I have noticed huge results and will probably post some photos on this blog of my progress. Eventually I will also post my workout routine for people wanting to get in shape for college, or whatever reason.
The reason why I chose Nick Auger as my bodybuilding influence, is just he has the exact same type of body as me. He is the same height, an ectomorph, just has less bodyfat and about 40 more pounds of pure muscle than me. It will take me a long time to resemble anything like that, but it is worth it and I will stick with it till I obtain my goal.
Bodybuilding Goal: 210 pounds, at 8% bodyfat, at the same height. Hopefully within two years.

You’re a dick–and stupid, too.
great!
keep it up
any updates on this?
Hey Henry,
This is a pretty large goal you’ve set for yourself, but it’s definitely achievable! Working out, along with overall health and wellbeing, are so important, especially for people our age (around 18-24). I think it’s great you’ve set this goal for yourself.
While you have the goal set, there are probably times when you can’t necessary muster up the motivation to work out. That’s where I come in – I find media on the internet to boost people’s emotional wellbeing. I think this video might help out a bit when you need that inspiration: Jessica’s daily affirmation – http://www.pepfly.com/a/6560.
Hopefully that helps out!

haha this post is a joke. you’ll never achieve a build of someone else, genetics will stop you. And at 175 pounds, you want to gain 35 lbs of weight in 2 years? assuming you’re around 15%, that means you would have to gain nearly all muscle. Not even possible for the Mr. Olympias. Do some more research lol
where is Nick Auger, still in military, no recent news?
